Master Swim Clinic Saturday May 15, 7am @ WAC
The second Master Swim program presented by Pete Sehlemyer will be held this Saturday, May 15th from 7a.m.-8:00a.m. at the Wyoming Athletic Club. Pete has a deep background in swimming as a competitor and head coach (www. hawaiiswim.org).
Everyone is welcome, this will be a great opportunity to get individual instruction if you have any concerns about swimming whatsoever, or you just want to improve your technique.
If you are not a WAC member there will be a $5 charge for the day.
Please respond if you intend on participating so we can plan accordingly!

Sprint Race Information:
USTA Sanctioned
Swim: 800m open water swim
Bike: 11 miles
Run: 5k
Fees:
$30 before July 1st, $40 after
Non-USTA member $40 before July 1st, then $50 after
Registration closes July 24th
Relay: $60 before July 1, $70 after
Kids Tri: $10
Age group is determined by your age as of Dec. 31, 2010
6-8 Age Group
9-11 Age Group
12-14 Age Group
The 6 – 8 age group will compete first at approximately 9am. Once the last 6 – 8 age grouper has completed the bike course, then the 9 – 11 age group will compete. The 12 -14 age group will start once the last 9-11 age grouper has completed the bike course.. Per USAT, your age group is determined by your age as of December 31, 2010. (Example-if your age on race day is 8, but your turn 9 before 12/31/10, then you would compete in the 9-11 age group)
